Progress monitoring & program evaluation

We are doing the work. How will we know it helps?

Collecting more data only helps if it answers a meaningful question. I help define what progress would look like, which evidence is needed, how to interpret it, and what should happen when the results suggest a change.

What we can work on

  • Baseline, formative, midpoint, and outcome-monitoring plans appropriate to the work.
  • Decision rules for continuing, adjusting, reteaching, regrouping, or investigating further.
  • Interpretation that considers participation, support, context, and implementation.
  • Evidence summaries, evaluation questions, and practical research-to-practice collaboration.

Evaluation scope is matched to the available evidence. Descriptive findings, implementation evidence, and causal claims are kept distinct.
