Individual learning plans & intervention design
“We know something is hard. What should the plan be?”
A learning plan should be something people can use. I connect assessment evidence, learner priorities, observations, and school or course demands to a practical sequence of support—and a way to decide what to change next.
What we can work on
- Prioritized goals grounded in current performance and everyday demands.
- Teaching routines, scaffolds, accommodations to discuss, and targeted practice.
- Clear guidance for the person implementing the plan and a follow-up review point.
- Family consultation to prepare questions and organize educational priorities for school conversations.
School coordination, extended record review, and meeting preparation are scoped in advance. Educational consultation does not replace school eligibility decisions or legal advocacy.
